I designed a customizable IT app that allows users to tailor its look and feel to match their company brand. Users can choose between dark and light themes and select accent colors. The app supports tracking software usage, managing IT requests, analyzing data, and creating internal forms. Customization features, including form-building and theming, were particularly praised by brand-sensitive clients. For example, the app's appearance varied significantly between Netflix and Louis Vuitton, demonstrating its flexibility to meet diverse needs.
